Participation at EWG Retail Operations 2024 conference
Dr. Björn Asdecker and Vanessa Felch attended the conference EWG Retail Operations from September 18 to 20, 2024 in Wien. On Thursday, Dr. Björn Asdecker presented preliminary results of the research project "Customer returns in Germany". In addition to gaining content-related impulses, the focus was on exchanging ideas with already familiar faces and establishing new contacts in the retail sector.
